As our products (sunglasses) are considered personal hygiene items, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure the quality and hygiene of our inventory for all customers. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Returns for Personal Reasons

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • "Change of mind" or "I don’t like the style anymore."

  • "The frame does not suit my face shape."

  • "The size is different from what I imagined" (Detailed measurements are provided on each product page).

  • Color variations due to different monitor settings or lighting.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Defects or Errors)

Returns are only considered if:

  • The product arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during initial delivery.

  • You received the wrong item (different model/color from your order).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (Unworn and Unused).

  • With all original tags, protective films, and labels attached.

  • In its original packaging (case, box, and cleaning cloth included).

3. Return Process

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. You must provide clear photos and a short video showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

  3. Once our team reviews and approves the request, we will provide you with return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Goddogbrand will cover the shipping costs for the return and the replacement.

  • Exceptions: If a return is granted under special circumstances for non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees (both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost) and any applicable restocking fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale."

  • Items where the protective film on the lenses has been removed.

  • Items with any signs of wear, perfume scents, or scratches.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

7. Jurisdiction

Goddogbrand is a company registered in Japan. All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of Japan.
